[ … ] I started a 14-day trial on August 5th and haven’t been able to sufficiently use the app because it won’t upload eligible files. According to the stie bitmaps of the maximum size of 15 MB which are jpg, png, and svg are supported. However, I have tried uploading several jpg and png files, all under 10 MB and they won’t upload. I don’t get an error message. They just won’t upload.
How and when does it happen?
[ … ] As stated above they don’t upload any time I try.
Did any of the help centre suggestions work? (restart, other browser, other computer)
[ … ] I closed the browser (Chrome) and cleared the cache, restarted the browser and to no avail. I tried in another browser (MS Edge) and I get the same problem.
If possible, include a screenshot or recording of the app with the issue
