SVGs Corrupted / Won't Upload to Canva

Describe the problem
When I export SVG tiles from Repper, they will not upload to Canva like normal SVGs. I get an error message that says the file is not compatible with Canva or may be corrupted. This does not happen for any other SVGs I use in Canva.

A work around is - I open the Repper SVG in VectorQ and re-save it, then it works in Canva. But wanted to let you know there’s an issue.

How and when does it happen?
Always for Repper SVGs

Did any of the help centre suggestions work? (restart, other browser, other computer)

Mac

Which browser do you use? (examples: Firefox 84.0.2, Chrome 87.0.4280.141)

Hi @Sara_G, sorry for my delayed reply.
Could you send me as many of the files involved, so I can investigate?
Ideally:

  1. Your original SVG
  2. The SVG exported from Repper
  3. The SVG re-saved in VectorQ

Investigating the differences between individual files may shed light on the issue.

Please email them to me at support@repper.app.
